So Mia has finally turned two! YIPPEE!! These two years have been a blast, and know it will only get better. :) Her Birthday, for all of you who dont know, was on Friday, Jan 22nd. But we celebrated it on Sat since we thought Adam would have school and wasn't sure when he would be back.
So to start the morning off, we took her to Bounce U! which for those of you who don't know about this great place, its a bounce house in downtown Gilbert. It was only $5 for "open bounce" from 8-9:30. She had so much fun running around with Tyson, her friend and her Aunt Jenna and Uncle John. (Thanks for coming :) )
Then we spent the rest of the day at home getting ready for her birthday party! YAY! which meant mom and dad were very busy. We had just family come (but it was still about 25 people) and ate her favorite meal - bean and cheese burritos. YUM! but we also made great rice, and carne asada for the adults.
Oh, and for her cake, we made a castle. it was in a magazine so we did a princess party. :)It looked like this, but a bit different.

I totally LOVE how you posted a picture of what the cake was "supposed" to look like instead of the actual cake. That seriously cracks me up. I bet the one you made was cute, too. We had fun at Bounce U, too.
